Sailbox is open-source software licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPL-3.0). Your use of the software is governed by the terms of that license. The full license text is available in the project's LICENSE file on GitHub. A commercial license without the attribution requirement is available upon request.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use this website and the Sailbox software for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure.
4. Intellectual Property
The Sailbox name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Sailbox Authors. The source code is licensed under AGPL-3.0. Website content, documentation, and design are the property of Sailbox Authors and are protected by applicable copyright laws. The 'Powered by Sailbox' attribution notice is required per AGPL v3 Section 7(b) when using the software.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and software are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
